Terms and conditions

IT EXPERTS and customers agree to the following terms of service.

INTRODUCTION
IT EXPERTS offers call termination services to small and medium businesses and/or residential customers. The services offered are of the best available quality. IT EXPERTS does not pretend to offer 100% reliable service, to deal with specific providers or to get specific permissions from any providers, clients or any other person, and does not offer any warranty of it. IT EXPERTS does not offer warranty of quality or availability of its services. All parties agree that it will conduct business in compliance to all requirements of the law of the province of Quebec, Canada.

DEFINITION
The term customer in this document applies to every person, company or other entity that have agreed to receive call termination services from IT EXPERTS.
The customer agree to all the terms and conditions in this document when accepting to receive call termination services from IT EXPERTS. All calls made from or to IT EXPERTS customer services, administration and/or technical support department are recorded for quality assurance and for agreement of services.

 

    1. The customer shall not use this service as their sole call termination service, and shall be advised to have a backup solution in any case this service does not deliver the customer demand. The customer understands that IT EXPERTS does not guarantee any privacy on the communications through its call termination service. In addition, IT EXPERTS offers no warranty for failure of service.

 

    1. IT EXPERTS does not claim that its service is “standard line quality”, and the client understands that the service quality is “as is”, and should vary depending on many factors such as, the location of the customer, the destination of each call, the Internet quality, the customer’s devices and networking equipment.

 

    1. Due to the nature of our offering and that, we allow customers to use their own devices or software; the customer shall understand that the level of support and the technical services offered are billable and not part of the monthly VoIP service fees.

 

    1. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of all their Logins and Passwords. If they are lost or given to any other party in any way, the customer understands that this will be his sole responsibility.

 

    1. The customer agrees to using the service fairly and lawfully. Call usage has to comply with all application laws in Canada, the USA and the location country of the customer.

 

    1. IT EXPERTS VoIP service is a prepaid service at all time. Therefore, IT EXPERTS reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the service if the customer has not made any payment, and this without any notice. Any amount invoiced remaining unpaid after the due date shall bear interest at the rate of 2% per month compounded monthly (26.82% per year). A fee of $15.00 will be charge to the customer’s account for each returned check.

 

    1. The free toll-free termination is provided to users under the premise that it will only add up to a small percentage of their traffic and that the account will also be used for regular traffic (incoming calls to their numbers and/or outgoing calls to geographical areas). IT EXPERTS reserves the right to determine if the free toll-free usage is not typical or falls out of the pattern mentioned previously, and disable this option when most of the customer’s calls consist of Toll free calls using the free toll-free service.

 

    1. Originating calls from payphones to IT EXPERTS toll-free service are not guaranteed to connect.

 

    1. All outgoing calls made to the following destinations, except for Canada and United-States, will be charged and rated based on duration measured by the following billing increments: Mexico: 60 seconds increment starting at a minimum of 60 seconds. Rest of the world: 6 seconds increment starting at a minimum of 6 seconds.
    1. An additional charge of $ 0.015 / minute may be applied to the account when activating call forwarding.

 

    1. The customer agrees that he is not provided with the right to start any claim, remedy or action; legal or OTHERWISE THAT may harm IT EXPERTS in any way that includes but is not limited to financially.

 

    1. IT EXPERTS agrees to not share or sell any or parts of his customer’s personal or corporate information to third parties.

 

    1. THIS DOCUMENT MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT ANNOUNCEMENT, ALL CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THE IT EXPERTS WEBSITE.

 

    1. IT EXPERTS does not encrypt transmissions, communications or sensitive customer’s information in their database. IT EXPERTS retains the right to voluntary hand over information regarding customers, usage and calls if that is requested by law and/or government organizations.

 

    1. The customer will not use IT EXPERTS termination (outbound) services for telemarketing purposes (Including, but not limited to Automated Dialers, Call Centers and collection agencies). IT EXPERTS may suspend such activities without warning.

 

    1. The customer will not use any IT EXPERTS DID numbers as their caller ID display for calls related to telemarketing / dialer traffic / polls / mass traffic campaigns, nor will use IT EXPERTS DID numbers to receive traffic consistent with the aforementioned purposes (Mostly short calls, of very short duration). These activities can result in the suspension or cancellation of service, IT EXPERTS reserves the right to do it without prior notice.
